At Smell Good we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality shea body butter products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

We accept returns of unused and unopened shea body butter products within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact.

A restocking fee of $5 will be applied to all returned shea body butter products. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and preparing the product for resale.

If you receive a damaged or defective shea body butter product, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund. Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product.

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used shea body butter products, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you are not satisfied with your shea body butter product for any reason other than damage or defect, you may return it for a refund, subject to the restocking fee, within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at smellgood.bodybutter@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the restocking fee.
